Lead a quotations team for complex industrial, construction, and OEM bids. Manage end-to-end quote lifecycle, ensure technical/commercial compliance (ISOTIF), set pricing/margin targets, coordinate with sales, procurement, manufacturers, and operations, and improve quotation processes and reporting to drive win rates and profitability.

Lead document control and expediting for large industrial electrical projects: manage submittals, version control, vendor/OEM coordination, expediting logs, portal billing, and on-time material delivery while ensuring contract compliance and continuous improvement across projects.

Provide daily phone and email customer service, process orders, quotes and inquiries, confirm stock and suggest alternatives, follow up on quotes, make outbound sales calls, and assist customers with ecommerce inquiries for an electrical distributor.

Support recurring tax compliance and reporting across monthly, quarterly and year-end cycles. Collect source documents, prepare filings, reconcile tax positions with accounting, liaise with stakeholders and external advisors, maintain tax calendars and working papers, and assist with internal/external audits.

Sell and promote electrical products to new and existing customers, build and maintain relationships, generate sales volume, provide product selection and application support, prepare quotes, collaborate with suppliers and internal teams, use digital tools/CRM/ERP, maintain records, resolve payment issues, and participate in training and professional development.

Manage existing customer accounts, develop new business, and meet branch sales targets. Provide customer service by phone, email, and in person; build relationships, identify opportunities, and grow profitable accounts. Support branch operations by serving at the trade counter and picking and packing warehouse orders. Success requires customer focus, collaboration, accountability, flexibility, and comfort working toward sales targets.

The role requires B2B industrial automation sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a B.E. in Electrical or Electronics with 6–8 years of experience.

Supports Rockwell Automation-based industrial automation projects, including PLC, HMI, and SCADA solutions. Responsibilities include understanding automotive-industry applications, developing workaround approaches for third-party systems, presenting demonstrations to customers, and contributing ideas for on-site commissioning and execution. A BE degree in Electronics or Telecommunication is required.
