Design and maintain scalable data infrastructure and ETL processes. Integrate business systems into a data warehouse, develop database objects and Informatica mappings, support metadata and data governance, produce data models and visualizations, and provide database administration and user support for BI initiatives.

Analyze and document software requirements, develop and test system changes (RPGLE/SQL), provide technical support and server/PC configuration, generate reports and data extracts, coordinate vendor/client changes, assist client implementations, and maintain system documentation.

Provide client and vendor liaison support for assigned fund clients, assist the Director with account management, prepare reports and meeting materials, monitor regulatory filings, coordinate invoices and documentation, maintain compliance calendars, support vendor relationships and participant engagement, and conduct research to resolve client issues.

Performs advanced technical review and adjudication of medical and dental claims, coordinates appeals and predeterminations, manages third-party recovery and refunds, processes time-loss claims, interprets benefit plans, tests benefits, and supports staff with resources and occasional backup processing or phone coverage.

Manage benefit billing operations for Taft-Hartley trust funds: perform audits and complex financial reconciliations, ensure eligibility and billing accuracy, develop controls and procedures, resolve escalated issues, support renewals and compliance, and collaborate with vendors, auditors, trustees, and legal counsel.
