As a Client Partner in Enterprise Sales, you'll develop sales strategies, manage enterprise client relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive sales performance for T-Mobile's solutions.

Sell T-Mobile enterprise products by developing tailored account strategies, acquiring new logos, building C-level relationships, leading complex negotiations, positioning 5G and telecom solutions, managing cross-functional execution, maintaining pipeline discipline, and delivering accurate forecasts and performance reporting to leadership.

Provide legal and strategic counsel for enterprise data governance and privacy. Advise on data lifecycle management, records retention, defensible deletion, data minimization, inventory, access governance, and third-party data. Develop policies, training, and playbooks and support readiness for litigation, investigations, audits, and regulatory inquiries.

Provide legal counsel on financial privacy and emerging data uses for T-Mobile's financial products and data initiatives. Advise on GLBA, FCRA, state privacy laws, conduct privacy impact assessments, draft policies and contractual provisions, support compliance programs and training, monitor legislation, and partner with cross-functional teams to enable compliant, customer-focused innovation.

Provide privacy counsel to Marketing, advising on outbound communications (TCPA, CAN-SPAM), campaign design, consent and Do-Not-Contact controls. Draft and negotiate privacy provisions, review legislation, partner with cross-functional teams and outside counsel, and use AI/tools to drive process improvements.

Senior individual contributor leading Hire-to-Retire HR operations programs (payroll, HR data, onboarding/offboarding, leaves), governing Workday transactions, driving compliance, process improvements, vendor management, stakeholder partnerships, training, and serving as escalation and subject matter expert to ensure scalable, accurate HR service delivery.

Acquire new business customers in targeted enterprise and strategic accounts through prospecting, discovery, and tailored sales messaging. Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to order finalization, handle business verification, credit underwriting, and customer protection reviews, and coordinate with fraud teams. Meet monthly sales quotas and complete required training. Support post-sale needs and perform other duties as assigned.

Design, develop, and maintain full software stack solutions and automation. Collaborate with system engineers to define requirements, contribute designs, implement scalable APIs/microservices, perform migrations and upgrades, optimize performance, document systems, and mentor team members.

Manage client accounts for digital advertising, provide campaign and market analysis, drive upsells and cross-sells, develop long-term account strategies, liaise on product launches, and ensure client satisfaction and account growth.

Hunt for new small-business accounts within an assigned territory through prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and solution-based selling. Meet and exceed sales quotas by recommending wireless products and plans, negotiating and closing deals, maintaining the sales funnel with automation tools, and growing the customer base.
