Leads enterprise Quality Engineering strategy, architecture, standards, automation, test infrastructure, and continuous validation across product domains. Establishes scalable approaches to environments, test data, automation frameworks, quality metrics, CI/CD integration, and DevSecOps. Builds a federated engineering organization, drives transformation from traditional QA, and applies AI-assisted engineering. Requires deep hands-on engineering expertise and experience delivering complex, integrated financial services platforms, especially in insurance, annuities, or wealth management.

Lead and execute the firms visual identity and creative across campaigns, digital, events, and client materials. Provide hands-on art direction, production oversight, design systems governance, and stakeholder partnership to translate complex investment content into clear, accessible, and commercially relevant visual storytelling.

Develop and maintain integration solutions and microservices using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Spring Boot, Java, and Python. Build reusable APIs, connectors, and integration flows; integrate with databases, messaging systems, and third-party services; participate in code reviews, testing, and cross-functional collaboration.

Supports Group Benefit Solutions marketing initiatives, including integrated campaigns, content and communications, digital marketing, website and social media content, project coordination, campaign performance analysis, and marketing research. Translate requirements into Jira stories, manage milestones, review Git pull requests, and support enterprise data activation and advanced analytics.

Develop and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, declarative automation, React, and TypeScript. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, design enterprise integrations with MuleSoft and AWS, troubleshoot and optimize solutions, conduct code reviews, maintain documentation, and collaborate with architects and stakeholders. The role also explores AI-driven Salesforce and GPT-based solutions while supporting secure, scalable, and responsive user experiences.

Partners with Finance, technology, and business stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, strategic investment planning, cost optimization, and financial analysis. Builds executive presentations, maintains financial models and dashboards, and improves reporting and data governance. Uses Apptio or Tableau to communicate IT cost drivers, KPIs, and service consumption metrics while maintaining service catalogs, data dictionaries, and cost transparency models.
