Seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Manager to lead mobile development teams across the AiDash product portfolio. Responsible for delivering consumer-grade mobile applications for enterprise customers, leading the entire mobile development lifecycle, and ensuring scalability, performance, and security of mobile applications.

Design and maintain high-quality backend components, build scalable microservices, mentor junior engineers, write unit tests and support CI pipelines, and translate requirements into features in collaboration with product teams.

AiDash is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee project lifecycle management, client collaboration, cross-functional team leadership, risk management, budget and resource management, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech or MCA degree, 5+ years of experience in technical project management, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in project management tools, and the ability to make decisions using limited data.

The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining automation test suites for large-scale distributed systems, performing various tests, implementing CI/CD frameworks, and mentoring junior SDETs. The position requires strong collaboration with development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and staying updated on industry trends.

Design and develop high-quality web applications, implement new products and features, collaborate with product managers and designers, write efficient code, drive product roadmap, and learn new technologies to enhance usability and performance.

The Senior Data Scientist will lead complex data science projects, develop advanced machine learning models, and perform statistical analysis to yield actionable insights. The role includes mentoring junior staff, collaborating with teams, communicating findings to stakeholders, and driving innovation in data science practices.

Design, develop, and deploy scalable distributed systems. Build backend systems to support internal workflows, analytical tools for data pipeline, and tools to improve engineering productivity. Assist stakeholders with technical issues, monitor system performance, and stay updated with distributed systems technologies. Ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience, strong knowledge in microservices and systems design, proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Python, databases, Restful APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, performance optimization, and backend security principles.
