Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to analyze pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and sales productivity. Design reporting frameworks, deliver revenue analytics, support territory and capacity planning, lead process improvements, govern CRM data, and present insights to influence executive decision-making and improve revenue outcomes.

Owns design, governance, and continuous improvement of end-to-end sales processes and CRM platforms for an MSP business. Uses AI and BI to drive forecasting, pipeline optimization, and performance measurement. Leads CRM stewardship, system integrations, UAT, SOPs, enablement, and cross-functional change to scale predictable revenue growth.

Drive expansion, cross-sell, upsell, and renewals across large strategic accounts. Build multi-year growth plans, manage complex multi-threaded deals, own renewal motions, conduct strategic business reviews, maintain pipeline and forecasting, and collaborate with Solutions Architects and Strategic Service Managers to protect margin and drive customer value.

Designs and delivers sales enablement programs for inside and direct sales, owns VILT facilitation and logistics, develops seller-facing content and playbooks, drives adoption of sales tools, partners cross-functionally on launches, and measures enablement KPIs to improve seller readiness and revenue outcomes.

Lead and manage GRC activities including internal/external audits, risk assessments, DR/BCP, third-party risk, and remediation. Develop and maintain policies, conduct BIAs, run tabletop exercises, mentor junior analysts, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve compliance posture and reporting across business and technology teams.
