Drive inbound and outbound sales through phone, chat, and other channels while delivering a consultative customer experience. Representatives apply sales methodologies, document customer interactions, maintain product and policy knowledge, achieve sales and customer satisfaction KPIs, and meet schedule and productivity expectations. The role also includes training, team meetings, coaching, and managing customer inquiries involving products, promotions, warranties, returns, and refunds.

Design and deliver retail and wholesale sales enablement content and launch readiness. Own LMS content, field communications, recognition programs, and cross-functional enablement to drive sales performance and training adoption.

Own marketing operations by translating strategy into project plans, coordinating cross-functional campaigns, maintaining marketing calendars, and tracking execution. Partner with analytics teams on dashboards and reporting, coordinate vendors, contracts, budgets, and deliverables, and support marketing executives with calendars, meeting preparation, follow-up, and leadership decks. Manage marketing assets and team collaboration systems, document processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable workflow improvements.

Lead end-to-end digital product design, including research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, visual and interaction design, usability testing, and design system development. Collaborate with product managers, developers, merchandising, and stakeholders to create accessible, responsive customer experiences aligned with brand standards and business goals. Maintain design documentation, support ecommerce enhancements, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Lead translation of commercial strategy into field execution by creating sales-ready messaging, proof packs, and launch materials. Drive retailer marketing activation, equip sales teams with tools and training, coordinate cross-functional commercialization timelines, and measure adoption, sales readiness, and retailer engagement to grow retailer champions and consumer belief in GelFlex Grid.
