Own and refine demand forecasts across multiple horizons, lead monthly Demand Review and S&OP contributions, analyze forecast accuracy and bias, support new product launches and phase-outs, reconcile variances, surface risks, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to deliver reliable supply forecasts.

Own category strategy and lifecycle for assigned product lines: range planning, product launches, pricing, trade marketing, retailer engagement, and commercial performance. Drive cross-functional alignment using consumer and market insights to optimise SKU assortment, improve sell-through, and meet revenue and margin targets.

Manage end-to-end HR and payroll operations including onboarding/offboarding, employment documentation, probation reviews, HRIS data integrity, fortnightly payroll processing for Australia and Europe, payroll reconciliations and compliance, HR reporting, and continuous process improvements to reduce payroll risk and increase efficiency.

Partner with EMEA commercial teams to provide financial forecasting, budgeting, analysis, pricing and investment evaluation. Build business cases, model scenarios, monitor risks, drive margin protection, and implement process improvements to support profitable growth.

Embed with North America commercial teams to deliver forecasts, scenario modeling, and financial analysis; build business cases; support pricing, promotions and channel decisions; manage budgets and P&L to improve profitability; ensure US GAAP compliance; identify process improvements and present insights to leadership.

Manage and grow strategic retailer accounts in Norway to achieve sales and profit targets. Develop customer-specific promotional and pricing plans, forecast demand and stock, coordinate merchandising and range decisions, and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships. Travel within Norway and attend trade fairs and team meetings.

Lead global distributor sales strategy and execution for revenue and margin targets. Build distributor partnerships, manage contracts and compliance, provide forecasting inputs, lead regional sales teams, identify market expansion, oversee inventory and promotions, and report performance to senior leadership.

Partner with the North America leadership team to align people strategy with commercial goals, diagnose capability gaps, drive organizational design, embed performance management, manage US employee relations and payroll, ensure employment law compliance, and lead selected global Talent & Culture initiatives to support growth.

Support sales operations by maintaining CRM data, producing recurring reports and forecasts, tracking forecast accuracy, and enabling S&OP processes. Perform variance analysis, cross-functional data alignment with Finance/Merchandising/Supply Chain, support order management metrics, and provide ad-hoc analysis to improve sales productivity and decision-making.

Lead growth across EMEA distributor markets by building and executing annual sales strategies, managing distributor relationships and contracts, forecasting demand, coordinating cross-functionally, driving digital B2B adoption, monitoring inventory and promotions, and delivering regular performance reports to senior leadership.
