Provide mechanical design and maintenance support for equipment, facilities, and manufacturing processes. Design and implement new and modified equipment (heat treat, plating, material handling), oversee fabrication/installation, resolve startup issues, create/update AutoCAD drawings, develop documentation and training, purchase materials, and travel to support project engineering (≈30–40%).

Manage and grow revenue from existing key accounts by strengthening relationships, identifying sales opportunities, addressing customer needs, and coordinating cross-functional teams. Provide technical support, inform pricing and quoting decisions, analyze competition, and represent the company at meetings and events. Travel up to 50% required.
