Deploy and adapt Arondite software for Norwegian defence customers, integrating autonomous systems, robotics platforms, sensors, and legacy systems. Write secure, reliable production software, troubleshoot field environments, support trials and exercises, collaborate directly with users, and feed deployment insights back to core engineering teams. The role requires frequent travel, meaningful customer-site work, and close collaboration across software, AI/ML, networking, product, and strategy teams.

Operate and improve corporate IT and development environments: manage Windows/Linux/macOS endpoints, cloud services, identity and SSO, secure network infrastructure, automate tasks, maintain documentation, support engineering teams, follow cybersecurity standards, and participate in on-call rotation while assisting compliance with UK government accreditations.

Design and ship high-quality interfaces for Cobalt, a defence-focused OS. Lead visual direction, craft enterprise desktop and mobile UX, run user research, prototype (including AI-native workflows), collaborate with engineers, and shape the product and design system for mission-critical geospatial and human-machine teaming use cases.

Lead and evolve Arondite's visual identity. Create marketing and external assets (decks, factsheets, conference materials, social graphics), develop illustrations, maintain an asset bank, ensure brand consistency, and collaborate across product, growth, and deployment teams.

Design, build and deploy agentic AI features and LLM-driven systems for secure, compliant environments. Integrate AI across backend and UI, optimise models (including perception/CLIP/CLAP), document for compliance, and deliver robust production solutions.

Design, train, evaluate and deploy robust deep learning models from sensor input to user interface; integrate models into cloud and edge systems; work with customers to define problems; document, monitor and ensure safe, secure production AI solutions.

Lead planning and execution of customer deployments, engage users to map workflows and pain points, prioritise high-value problems, design iterative delivery plans, bridge users with product and engineering, and lead technical delivery across interconnected workstreams to ensure safe, effective operational impact.
