Lead regional finance process standardisation and continuous improvement across O2C, AR, and R2R. Design To-Be processes, SOPs, and reporting; monitor KPIs; support ERP and Power Platform reporting, digitalisation, AI knowledge management, stakeholder workshops, and cross-functional project implementation to improve consistency and controls.

Evaluate customer credit applications using financial statements, payment history, and external reports; produce credit risk assessments and scoring reports; recommend credit limits and terms; maintain audit-ready documentation; collaborate with sales and external agencies; and participate in projects to improve credit workflows and approval processes.

Design, build, deploy, and maintain production-grade AI/ML models and services, including Generative and Agentic AI, RAG solutions, MLOps pipelines, data pipelines, observability, and compliance with security and responsible AI guidelines while collaborating with stakeholders and engineering teams.
