Supports investment consultants with retirement plan financial reporting, investment manager research, client reports, analyses, proposals, meeting materials, data collection, and process improvements. The role involves coordinating with colleagues and clients, meeting deadlines, and developing financial consulting and client management skills. This is a part-time fall internship based in Towson, Maryland, with flexible scheduling and minimal occasional travel.

Lead strategic Health & Welfare benefits consulting engagements, manage client relationships, conduct claims analysis and financial modeling, run RFPs and vendor negotiations, oversee implementations and open enrollment, present to executives, mentor junior staff, and support business development.

Support investment consulting across institutional retirement plan clients by conducting investment analysis, manager due diligence, performance reporting, and preparing investment memoranda. Serve as an analytical resource to consultants, coordinate service providers and recordkeepers, support IPS development and RFPs, and assist with plan operations, transitions, and business development.

Support the Investment Consulting Group by preparing and reviewing performance reports, assisting with plan reviews, fee benchmarking, provider RFPs, and fiduciary documentation. Gather and analyze data for manager research and due diligence, liaise with custodians and recordkeepers, and prepare rebalancing recommendations and committee materials.

Support investment consulting engagements by managing client deliverables, attending meetings, preparing analyses and presentations, conducting portfolio and manager evaluations, monitoring performance, contributing to research and strategy, and assisting business development while collaborating with ICG team members. Travel up to 15% for client meetings and prospecting.
