Develop and execute marketing programs to attract high-quality manuscript submissions and boost engagement across five peer-reviewed journals. Coordinate email campaigns, webinars, conferences, and outreach with editorial, publishing, sales, and marketing teams. Analyze submissions, usage, and campaign performance to inform strategy and support journal growth and reputation.

Support high-volume weekly journal production by proofreading author corrections, approving final publication files, communicating with authors, editors, and vendors, processing post-publication corrections, and coordinating internal staff to keep manuscripts on schedule.

Maintain infrastructure-as-code, administer core AWS services, integrate security and compliance into pipelines, participate in on-call incident response, document architectures and runbooks, and partner with development, security, and IT operations teams to standardize and automate delivery workflows.

Manage manuscript processing for 1-2 Deputy Editor groups from submission through publication. Serve as primary contact for editors, authors, and reviewers; handle submissions, appeals, reviewer reminders, editorial inquiries, and coordinate with internal staff and vendors. Participate in meetings and may write captions, image blurbs, social posts, and review galley proofs with tenure.
