Manages full-cycle recruitment for Cleveland Clinic’s Ohio market, including sourcing, candidate pipelines, interviews, offers, pre-closing, onboarding readiness, and applicant tracking. Lead pre‑sales and solution design for CPQ and order orchestration. Run discovery sessions, build architectures, deliver demos, create proposals and SOWs, estimate projects, and ensure smooth presales-to-delivery handoffs while advising delivery teams.

Lead community engagement and strategic partnerships to enhance public perception and drive organizational growth. Manage charitable giving, school partnerships, sponsorships, contracts, employee recognition, volunteer programs, and analyze program data to identify trends and opportunities.
