Assists the Assistant Director of Finance with general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations, payroll, accounts payable, general cashiering, internal controls, and departmental support. Supervises finance activities, ensures compliance with hotel and corporate policies, supports labor and payroll matters, develops finance staff, and contributes to other accounting functions as needed. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking, communication, and flexibility to work weekends when necessary.

Leads resort-wide talent acquisition and workforce planning, overseeing full-cycle recruitment, leadership hiring, talent pipelines, candidate experience, employer branding, compliance, analytics, and the Talent Acquisition team. Partners with resort leaders and People & Culture on staffing, succession planning, talent development, and employee engagement. The role requires strong hospitality recruitment expertise, stakeholder influence, and proficiency with Workday or similar human capital management systems.

Lead and coach the People & Culture team for a luxury, seasonal chalet. Manage employee lifecycle (recruitment, administration, training, payroll/settlement documents), ensure compliance with French labor law and the Hotel & Restaurant collective agreement, resolve conflicts, oversee time and activity management, and maintain confidentiality while collaborating with operational teams.

Assist the Credit Manager with credit procedures and accounts receivable: prepare and mail statements, handle guest and card inquiries, review travel agent payments, reconcile city ledger, collect payments, maintain records, attend credit meetings, and support billing and collections tasks.

Maintain general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations, supervise finance department tasks, execute month-end close, prepare financial statements, accruals and journal entries, ensure GAAP compliance, coordinate with Accounting, Purchasing and Food & Beverage control, and use Excel/Opera for reporting.

Serve as the first point of contact for employees and applicants. Manage onboarding, first-day orientation, employee relations, and support L&D administration. Handle employee requests, maintain HOH area, cafeteria, locker rooms and nap room. Maintain confidentiality and integrity while enabling a world-class employee experience that supports excellent guest service.

Lead talent strategy and HR operations for Four Seasons Resort Mykonos. Drive recruitment, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, HR budgeting, and implementation of corporate People & Culture initiatives while partnering with leadership and supporting sister properties.
