About the role 
We are looking for a passionate People & Culture Manager who strives for excellence in a fast-paced work environment. This position reports to our Director and Assistant Director of People & Culture. 

 

What you will do 

Drive a culture of care for all employees, while supporting the People & Culture department through communication, employee relations, recruitment and retention of staff.

 

What you bring 

College education or equivalent experience. 

Experience required by position is from two to four years of employment in the related position with Four Seasons or other organization. 

Excellent communication skills 

Coaching & problem solving skills  

Requires a working technical knowledge of various federal and state laws. 

Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job or through a series of professional certifications.

Salary Range: $77,783 - $85,970 

 

Schedule & Hours 

Full time 

• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
