The Provincial Manager is responsible for leading the BEBAS-TB Activity in a province, establishing relationships, coordinating activities, and supervising teams. The role involves capacity building, budget preparation, monitoring progress, training coordination, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

The Provincial Procurement Assistant supports procurement activities at the Provincial level in compliance with MSH/Donor procurement policies. Responsibilities include preparing procurement solicitations, maintaining procurement data, and ensuring cost-effective procurement processes. Additionally, the assistant will collaborate with teams and report to the Provincial Procurement Associate.

Support procurement of goods and services at the Provincial level, prepare procurement solicitations and documents, maintain procurement data, ensure cost-effective procurement, and comply with policies. University degree in business administration or related field preferred. Fresh graduates or applicants with procurement experience. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing systems. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and handle individual workload.

The Team Lead will be responsible for supporting capacity enhancement and implementation of TB contracting activities in Bangladesh. They will manage project activities, ensure deliverables, and supervise staff. Qualifications include a Master's equivalent degree in public health or related field, at least 8 years of experience in health services capacity strengthening, and expertise in managing training and facilitation.

Prepare procurement solicitations, bid evaluation, maintain procurement data, ensure cost-effective procurement. Facilitate efficient procurement support and administration. Administer procurement management system, ensure compliance with procedures. Seek guidance from Procurement Manager, work with team members for timely implementation of project activities.

The National Project Manager will oversee and coordinate USAID BEBAS TB activities in 4 provinces, ensuring implementation according to the work plan and budget. They will also provide managerial support to teams and ensure compliance with procedures and guidelines.

Responsible for financial management of grants and contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Manages the grant cycle, processes grant applications, oversees grant agreements, and monitors ongoing grants. Ensures compliance with USAID's grant making policies and procedures.
