Overall Responsibilities
The HR Specialist report to the HR Country Manager and will assist the Manager in managing the staffing, performance management and C&B, assist in reviewing the HR-Related policies and system and in employee relations matters. At the start up stage the HR Specialist focus to the onboarding process, the HRIS management providing overall administrative, logistical, and coordination support to the Country HR team. The HR Specialist is responsible for a full range of duties including, but not limited to processing employment letters and terms of assignments, updating the HR database and creating reports, preparing correspondence and presentations, and acting as a resource person for answering HR inquiries. The HR Specialist will be involved in additional HRM projects, as requested.
The HR Specialist is aware of and adheres to human resources-related laws and regulations and with MSH’s Procurement Integrity standards. They handle information and documents relevant to human resources with a high degree of confidentiality, discretion, and attention to detail.
Specific Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Placement:

Oversee the recruitment process for project staff and ensure all recruitment policies and procedures are adhered to and recommend improvements

Conduct all the recruitment process from preparing the JD, Advertising, interview question, selection process, manage data collection and antiterrorist

Manage data bank for various applicants
-
Conduct induction
Performance Management:
-
Assist in performance review process.
HR Information Systems:
-
Responsible to managing information in Workday system, accurate and timely submission and being a liaison for various HRIS reports to home office.
Employee Services:
-
Coordinate and timely Timesheet.

Assist HR Manager in conduct regular and thorough risk aseesment in country and to monitor success of risk mitigation and risk control activities

Support initiatives geared towards creation of a safe, healthy, and happy workplace such as open-door policy, One MSH policy, trainings and safeguards that promote safety and security at workplace.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent relevant education
Experience:
-
Minimum of 4 years relevant working experience in human resources management including recruitment and personnel management
Knowledge and Skills:
-
Must have demonstrated understanding of Indonesia employment legislation, manpower policies/procedures

English fluency and strong administrative, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail whilst demonstrated ability to successfully coordinate activities with senior project management staff and proven ability to work successfully on a team in a fast-paced environment

Quality and timeliness of work.
