Leads global legal services and risk mitigation for more than 23 corporate entities. Advises executive leadership on contracts, acquisitions, divestitures, governance, compliance, litigation, intellectual property, employment, privacy, real estate, and international matters. Manages internal legal teams, outside counsel, budgets, corporate records, and cross-functional strategic initiatives. Serves as a trusted advisor to the Chief Risk Officer while supporting global expansion and post-acquisition integration.

Support Project Managers to plan and execute manufacturing projects. Manage schedules, Gantt charts, documentation, supplier expediting, meeting facilitation, risk tracking, and cross-functional communication to meet timelines, cost, and quality targets.

Lead a specialized core engineering team for packaged compressors, turbines, and cryogenic equipment; standardize global engineering processes, ensure contract-ready technical specifications, drive quality and ISO-aligned procedures, support international commercial negotiations, and implement continuous improvement to meet budget, schedule, and delivery targets.

Lead regional sales for turbomachinery (steam turbines, compressors, pumps) by pursuing key account opportunities, closing orders, forecasting, managing risk and contracts, coordinating with commercial, legal, service and project teams, and reporting to regional leadership.

Manage contract lifecycle for field service projects from RFQ through invoicing. Prepare quotations, verify and acknowledge orders, coordinate field scheduling, monitor contract performance, maintain records, support invoicing and collections, and assist engineering with claims, warranties, and cost evaluations.

Lead and supervise Project Managers, ensure project schedules and budgets are maintained, develop team skills, and improve processes.

Provide onsite HR operational support to site leaders and employees across the region, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, training coordination, HRIS data management, policy implementation, employee relations and investigations, performance and compensation support, vendor and statutory reporting management, and participation in regional HR projects.

The Expeditor supports global contract content by ensuring timely delivery of goods, managing vendor relationships, and facilitating communication among project teams.

Prepare and record timely accounting transactions (invoices, accruals, prepayments), reconcile general ledger and intercompany balances, manage AP, payroll, VAT, withholding tax, fixed assets (IFRS16) and inventory counts, administer SAP Concur, liaise with global teams and auditors, and maintain accurate cash book records.

Manage project engineering personnel, drive customer satisfaction, oversee projects, and ensure technical adherence for rerates and upgrades of equipment.
