Creates and oversees prospective student communications across email, print, digital, and social channels. Develops email copy, blog posts, newsletters, articles, and other marketing content; identifies student, faculty, and alumni stories; manages communication strategies, content databases, degree-specific playbooks, and communication flows. Collaborates with enrollment marketing, digital, social media, creative services, and internal stakeholders to support enrollment initiatives.

Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, support projects and campus deployments, coordinate cabling for construction, consult with stakeholders, document processes, and ensure high availability and compliance.

Leads university-wide course scheduling across the Worldwide Campus, overseeing scheduling strategy, resource allocation, faculty loads, course availability, forecasting, dashboards, technology integration, governance, compliance, and continuous improvement. Partners with academic and administrative leaders to align schedules with enrollment demand, student progression, degree completion, instructional capacity, and institutional priorities. Manages scheduling staff, establishes policies and performance measures, resolves resource conflicts, and uses analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence to improve operational effectiveness.

Evaluates students’ academic progress from admission through graduation, including transfer credits, course substitutions, degree audits, GPAs, transcripts, and graduation eligibility. Advises students on academic programs, policies, catalogs, and requirements; updates student records in Campus Solutions; processes grades, diplomas, degree postings, and verification letters; and supports registration, orientation, admissions, and commencement activities.

The role manages Flight Data & Certification operations, ensuring FAA compliance, overseeing certification processes, and supporting student progress for over 1,200 flight students.
