The Customer Onboarding Manager is responsible for transitioning clients through onboarding and implementation of a new platform, ensuring client satisfaction and accelerated time-to-value realization. They collaborate with internal resources, drive early adoption, and establish client trust in the platform. The role involves project management, technical guidance, and fostering customer relationships to ensure successful transitions to the Customer Success Manager team.

Proactively drives adoption and retention, builds relationships with customers, coordinates with other Customer Success Managers and Account Managers, orchestrates efforts to maintain high adoption and usage levels.
