Proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication skills, and hand skills for flooring installation required.

The Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for leading and executing continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiencies in manufacturing operations. They will collaborate with site leadership teams, lead improvement projects, analyze data, and implement lean and six sigma methodologies to achieve targeted performance levels and KPIs.
