Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing & Creative Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing marketing campaigns, creative projects, and brand initiatives. This position requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and project management expertise. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between marketing strategy and creative execution, ensuring smooth coordination between different teams and the timely delivery of campaigns.

1. Project Planning and Coordination: Lead the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns and creative projects, including digital, print, and social media initiatives.

2. Creative Briefs & Copy: Develop detailed creative briefs to ensure the creative team understands each project's scope, goals, and expectations. Draft marketing copy for campaigns, social media, emails, websites, or brochures when needed.

3. Lead Digital and Email Marketing Campaigns: Oversee the planning, creation, and execution of digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on email marketing strategies. Draft or review email copy, ensuring subject lines, preview text, and calls-to-action are compelling and aligned with marketing objectives. 4. Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external partners, legal department, proofreaders, and others to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on schedule.

5. Collateral & Packaging Management: Manage collateral printing and inventory, ensuring all materials are produced to brand specifications and delivered on time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree
  • 3-5 years of experience

Competencies :

  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and brand management.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello)
  • Experience in creating, managing, and optimizing email campaigns – Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub preferred
  • Proven copywriting experience, with the ability to craft compelling copy.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
