Tarkett is seeking a Sr. Manager Sales Operations & Analytics to join our team. This position is responsible for helping define the strategy and operations of the Tarkett Home sales force. This role will also support superior execution by the sales organization. Reporting into the VP of Finance and Sales Operations, you will drive sales strategy, analytics, and programs that impact the entire North America Home business. You are able think strategically but can also follow through in execution and operations. You will drive detailed analysis and synthesize your findings into executive level communications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Analytics

Define and drive strategic initiatives focused on improving business performance

Develop and action productivity and performance reporting of sales management and individuals.

Conduct historical reviews of account performance, account segmentation and prioritization, and lead all aspects of win/loss analysis and other predictive analytics.

Optimize GTM strategy including core sales processes and productivity drivers, infrastructure, automation, and regional performance

Establish highly repeatable (and scalable) sales processes, automation and reporting methodology that can be implemented across regions

Develop and deliver presentations to senior leaders and executives

Own the BI tool and manage sales, financial and operational reports, metrics, and dashboards

Collaborate with Supply Chain teams on S&OP
REQUIREMENTS (including educational requirements)

10+ years of relevant sales strategy and operations experience required

Bachelor’s degree required

Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills

Strong communication and presentation skills

Highly entrepreneurial and able to operate independently with minimum supervision

Heavily results focused; strong track record in meeting and/or exceeding revenue targets
