Owns Stanford Health Care’s Epic CRM program, including taxonomy, governance, workflow standards, data quality, UAT, reporting integrity, knowledge-base alignment, and omnichannel platform integration. The role defines business requirements, coordinates Epic, IT, operations, PMO, and vendor stakeholders, manages change, develops training, and supports CRM roadmap improvements. It ensures patient-contact workflows, routing, dispositions, decision trees, and reporting remain consistent across enterprise contact-center operations.

Partners with Accounting, Payroll, Procurement, HR, Grants, IT, and other stakeholders to optimize financial workflows, controls, reporting, and system operations across multiple finance platforms.

Partners with Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and IT on system optimization, automation, integrations, and cross-functional financial processes. Manages analysts, prioritizes enhancements, oversees multiple finance systems, and ensures compliant, scalable system operations.

Oversee complex technical accounting areas, including fixed assets, leases, intercompany transactions, and revenue. Lead month-end close, journal-entry review, reconciliations, financial reporting, GAAP compliance, internal controls, and variance analysis. Manage and develop accounting staff while partnering with finance, legal, operations, and IT. Drive process improvements through business intelligence, automation, dashboards, and approved AI tools to improve accounting accuracy, efficiency, and reporting insights.
