Own and grow a national consumer brand by leading strategic initiatives, innovation, marketing programs, and cross-functional execution. The Brand Manager is accountable for top-line growth, profitability, P&L management, consumer insights, and brand awareness and conversion. Responsibilities include navigating market uncertainty, coaching Assistant Brand Managers, influencing Sales, Supply Chain, and R&D partners, and presenting actionable insights to senior leadership.

Performs basic quantitative and qualitative analysis, supports FIFRA compliance audits and OMRI complaint reporting, prepares operational presentation decks, and assists with UAT, knowledge-base administration, and process updates. The role supports data accuracy, regulatory reporting, and operational visibility while collaborating with analysts and managers.

Lead enterprise master data strategy, design, migration, and governance for a large SAP S/4HANA transformation. Oversee data stewardship, drive data quality, tooling and migration activities, validate data for testing and cutover, and define post-go-live operating model while partnering with process, IT, and change teams.

Support and enhance data governance by performing data quality analysis, metadata management, data classification, governance reporting, privacy compliance support, training, and data impact assessments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remediate data issues and implement data governance tools and processes.

Lead and grow a data science team delivering production ML and analytics (forecasting, elasticity, classification), embed agentic workflows, ensure MLOps rigor (CI/CD, versioning, monitoring), package models as services, and link model outcomes to business metrics while partnering cross-functionally.

Lead SAP process enablement for supply chain planning by identifying improvements with Signavio/Celonis, defining current (ECC) and future (S/4 HANA) states, creating roadmaps, supporting SAP delivery, training and mentoring super users, and enabling integrations (e.g., Kinaxis).

Lead product ownership for Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud and the Salesforce Mobile App for B2B Field Sales and National Accounts. Define and maintain the roadmap, prioritize backlog using data and field feedback, write high-fidelity user stories with acceptance criteria, collaborate with Technical Product Owner on integrations (e.g., SAP), advocate for mobile UX, and perform final acceptance testing to drive commercial value.
