Supports business decision-making through data analysis, predictive modeling, statistical and machine learning techniques, and presentation of insights. Database Engineering Interns will design database solutions using SQL Server and Azure, build data integrations, perform data transformations, maintain data integrity, troubleshoot support issues, and recommend improvements. Participate in an 11-week software engineering internship building business-critical applications and initiatives. Interns will work with Angular, Ionic, .NET/C#, Node.js, Azure, and other technologies in an Agile, on-site team environment. Responsibilities include software, web, and application development, problem-solving, collaboration, and continuous improvement while gaining hands-on project experience and mentorship.

Manages vendor relationships and sublet vehicle repairs at a reconditioning center. Coordinates off-site transportation, assigns repairs, verifies completed work, processes and reconciles invoices, applies labor and parts coding, oversees tire orders, and ensures repair quality and vehicle standards. The role requires accurate recordkeeping, communication with vendors and management, safe vehicle operation, and work in varying environmental conditions.

Build and administer a Freshservice ITSM practice spanning ITOM, asset management, CMDB, change management, and release management. Design workflows, governance, integrations, alerting, reporting, discovery, and operational processes. Partner with Infrastructure, DevOps, Security, Service Desk, and IT Operations teams to improve service delivery, data quality, compliance, and deployment traceability. Maintain documentation, coordinate platform upgrades, optimize configurations, and provide on-call support for critical ITSM issues.

Manages employee engagement programs across the employee lifecycle, including new-hire programming, communications, logistics, budgeting, vendor coordination, community giving, and engagement reporting. Maintains the company programming calendar, tracks KPIs, evaluates program effectiveness, manages community partnerships, and collaborates with Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development to support people strategy.

Partner with managers to advise on policies and employee relations, guide performance management and investigations, identify trends, collaborate with HR partners, and drive Talent Support initiatives with fair, compliant, employee-centered solutions.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints across channels, investigate issues with internal teams, provide empathetic single-point resolution, manage cases to completion, meet performance SLAs, identify trends, and assist with training and legal settlement support.
