DriveTime Family of Brands includes in-house financing and servicing through Bridgecrest, which is one of the country’s leading financial servicing providers. Bridgecrest services roughly $17 billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties. That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?

In short, a Quality Control Specialist is responsible for monitoring and reviewing operational procedures daily. Quality Control objectives are to review and measure the adherence of business and compliance processes and procedures performed by different business units within operations such as bankruptcy, titles, and remarketing. While auditing, the specialist would also identify trends and provide detailed feedback to the business.

  • Ability to gather information and provide specific and detailed feedback. 

  • Identify trends of behavior and work to provide solutions.  

  • Confidently and effectively communicate to their leadership, both verbally and in writing. 

  • Excellent analytical abilities to grasp key points from detailed documents and reports. 

  • Familiarity with tools, concepts, and methodologies of different lines of business. 

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail. 

  • Strong critical thinking skills. 

  • Excellent time management, organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills. 

  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated. 

  • Ability to collaborate with peers. 

  • Enjoys the challenge of unfamiliar tasks and seek improvement. 

  • Adaptable and flexible to change.  

  • Performs other related duties as assigned. 

 

The Specifics. 

  • High School or GED required. 

  • Excellent oral, written communication and listening skills required. 

  • Strong attention to detail skills required. 

  • Knowledge of auto finance preferred. 

  • Proficiency in excel preferred. 

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office. 

  • Must be comfortable working on site and have availability weekdays from 7am-4pm.

  • Candidates can be local to either our Mesa or Dallas/Ft. Worth offices.
