Review, prepare, and submit real estate documents to county recorders for clients. Research county indexes, track communications and document modifications, reconcile daily fees, and serve as client contact. Handle high volumes, use Microsoft Office/Outlook, and occasionally travel by car; work scheduled weekdays between early morning and evening.
