About the location:

About the role

Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara has an opening for a Director of Outlets. The primary function of this role is to lead the Food & Beverage Division which includes the following: Seasons Restaurant, In Villa Dining, and Pools by establishing plans of character, integrity, and quality which result in the long-range continued growth and profitability of the division and Residence Club.

What you will do

The ideal candidate will work congruently to maintain and establish new trainings for all positions within the Food and Beverage division, create a culture of accountability and inspire employees to be proactive and enhance service wherever needed.  Food and Beverage is a continuously evolving division with new items coming to market each day. The Director of Outlets is expected to be continuously looking to improve and evolve our services, which allows us to stay on top of new trends, all while maintaining our reputation of outstanding service in the industry. Candidates should have five to seven years of proven growth within the Food and Beverage Management.   

 

The ideal candidate will have previous progressive Food and Beverage Management Experience, Previous experience creating and maintaining a budget and experience managing multiple outlets simultaneously.   

 

The Director of Outlets is a senior manager who reports to the Resort Manager and works to ensure our guests receive the highest level of food quality and service

What you bring:

  • The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and interpersonal skills and are able to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation.  The candidate must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. 

  • Degree required or equivalent experience in the form of 5-7 years of Food & Beverage management 

  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language 

  • Possession or ability to acquire a San Diego County Food Handlers certification 

  • Responsible Beverage Service certification

  • Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000 plus Annual Incentive Plan
