Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to architecture, implement development best practices, provide 24/7 service ownership, and mentor engineers. The role requires hands-on technical leadership, strong backend development experience, database expertise, and proficiency in a supported programming language.

Develops corporate, executive, employee, employer-brand, and customer communications for Scout Motors. Responsibilities include copywriting, editing, proofreading, speeches, talking points, video scripts, social media, email campaigns, blogs, ads, and internal communications. The role maintains a consistent brand voice, translates complex topics into accessible content, collaborates across departments, and manages multiple projects and deadlines. It is primarily office-based in Charlotte with occasional travel to company locations and events.

Design visually compelling, production-ready user interfaces for Scout Motors’ in-vehicle systems and mobile applications. Translate brand strategy into cohesive visual languages using typography, iconography, color, motion, and 2D/3D assets. Collaborate with designers, developers, and leadership to maintain design systems, manage production assets, and ensure consistency across screens and devices. Support marketing, presentation, and event materials while managing multiple projects and timelines.

Leads Aftersales business development by identifying new revenue streams, commercial channels, services, and strategic partnerships. Develops and negotiates supplier partnerships, service packages, promotions, and customer-focused offerings. Builds business cases, validates pricing and profitability, coordinates cross-functional implementation, and tracks performance. Evaluates market trends, competitors, customer expectations, and emerging technologies while using AI tools to accelerate analysis and innovation.

Own the Salesforce roadmap and product backlog supporting commercial operations, including customer acquisition, engagement, ordering, delivery, service, and ownership experiences. Translate business processes into scalable platform requirements, lead cross-functional implementation and governance, develop operational reporting, and identify responsible AI opportunities. Partner across Marketing, Sales, Fulfillment, Retail Operations, Customer Support, IT, and implementation teams while overseeing launch readiness, adoption, optimization, and executive communications.

Supports business continuity, crisis management, operational resilience, and disaster recovery programs across manufacturing, distribution, retail, and corporate functions. Responsibilities include maintaining continuity plans and business impact analyses, coordinating crisis response activities, conducting exercises and training, assessing operational and supplier risks, tracking corrective actions, preparing readiness reports, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to improve organizational resilience.

Leads vehicle program milestone governance, launch readiness, critical-path tracking, and cross-functional coordination from concept development through start of production. Integrates inputs across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, finance, design, and marketing; prepares executive decision materials; tracks manufacturing-readiness deliverables; identifies schedule risks; develops recovery plans; and drives issue resolution and leadership alignment.

Manage automotive supplier development and production readiness from pre-production through mass production. Track milestones, monitor cost, quality, delivery, and risks, conduct supplier audits, produce readiness reports, and lead corrective actions. Collaborate with purchasing, engineering, quality, and logistics teams to resolve delays, quality concerns, and supply shortages. The role requires approximately 80% domestic and international travel and frequent in-office work.
