The Lead, Enterprise Risk Management will design, implement, and scale Scout Motors' risk management program, ensuring effective risk controls and supporting decision-making at the executive level.

Lead supplier quality planning and execution from advanced development through serial production. Oversee supplier performance, PPAPs, audits, corrective actions, and industrialization readiness. Build and mentor a Supplier Quality team, drive continuous improvement using Lean principles, collaborate cross-functionally on specifications and metrics, and manage supplier cost, quality, and manufacturability while supporting launch and production activities.

Lead vision and execution for vehicle infotainment and connectivity. Translate business goals into actionable requirements, align agile software delivery with vehicle milestones, define connected features roadmap, manage cross-functional governance, analyze user data and KPIs, build business cases, and deliver in-vehicle and mobile connectivity experiences.

Manage Scout Motors' global mobility and U.S. immigration support: coordinate expatriate assignments, vendor relationships, immigration case tracking (H-1B, L-1, TN, Green Card), invoice/reimbursement processing, mobility data and reporting, and collaborate with finance, HR, legal, and external providers to optimize the mobility program and ensure compliance.

Lead Commercial IT launch readiness and transition-to-run for customer support and retail support systems. Define runbooks, cutover and hypercare plans, escalation paths, monitoring, and operational governance. Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT Operations, Service Desk, Platform, Security, Data) to ensure production readiness, manage dependencies, and drive post-launch support at scale.

Lead documentation, standardization, and optimization of end-to-end finance processes (S2P, O2C, R2R). Define SOPs, process maps, RACIs, embed controls, enable SAP ERP implementation, drive automation opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure audit readiness and scalable finance operations.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery for CRM, Customer 360, and connected revenue systems. Translate customer lifecycle and connected-services requirements into scalable system capabilities, data models, and integration plans. Partner with Product, Data/MDM, Engineering, Security, and Architecture; manage vendor relationships, backlog, integrations, identity resolution, reporting, and operational readiness to support subscriptions, memberships, charging, and recurring revenue.

Serve as the Finance-IT bridge to design, optimize, and scale finance systems with a core focus on SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO). Lead finance systems strategy, support reporting, planning, integrations, automation, and process optimization. Act as SAP finance SME, translate requirements into functional designs, partner with Accounting/FP&A/Controlling/Tax/Treasury, and drive adoption, training, and transformation initiatives.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Commercial IT platforms supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Aftersales. Serve as program owner for Aftersales Retail ERP, manage product owners, developers, and architects, drive vendor execution, integration, adoption, and governance. Advise executives, establish operating objectives, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and data standards.

Lead and manage enterprise IT systems across cloud, on‑prem, and hybrid environments. Own lifecycle governance, high availability, patching, capacity planning, incident escalation, root‑cause analysis, security compliance, automation/IaC initiatives, and team development while partnering with Security, Network, Service Desk, and Application teams.
