Participate in a 12-week insurance internship supporting the Contract Binding team. Review applications and supporting documents, evaluate new and renewal business, assess risks, rate policies, prepare quotes, classify risks, and calculate premiums. Requires hybrid work in Cincinnati, Ohio, strong relationship-building and organizational skills, and at least four years of recruiting experience.

Designs, builds, and maintains secure, reliable enterprise platforms using cloud-native architectures. Develops Terraform infrastructure, automation, self-healing capabilities, observability frameworks, and CI/CD integrations. Defines SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets; supports disaster recovery and business continuity testing; optimizes cloud costs; and partners with application teams to improve reliability, scalability, and delivery efficiency.
