Design and build the agentic platform for legal AI, including orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation infrastructure, observability, and scalable backend services. Own systems from design through production, collaborate with product, research, security, and legal experts, and establish model-operations and multi-tenant correctness, traceability, and isolation.

Lead definition and execution of digital transformation initiatives: evaluate and implement automation and AI solutions, manage project delivery, create reporting to track impact, collaborate cross-functionally, and communicate complex issues to senior leadership to drive continuous improvement.

Build and operate cloud infrastructure for an AI platform: design Terraform modules, run production Kubernetes, manage CI/CD and release engineering, implement observability and SLOs, enforce security/compliance controls, manage secrets and certificates, and support incident response and platform readiness.
