Lead end-to-end implementations, map business requirements, configure payroll elements and HR structures, manage tax compliance, develop Fast Formulas, perform testing and parallel payroll runs, handle integrations, reporting (OTBI/BI), workshops, training, and stakeholder communication.

Lead Oracle Fusion SCM implementations by mapping As-Is processes to Oracle Fusion, configuring modules (P2P/O2C), running fit-gap analysis, migrations (FBDI/ADFDI), testing (CRP/UAT/SIT), training, and client-facing issue resolution. Contribute reusable assets, support integrations, and promote AI/ML usage in supply chain.
