Vice President Service Design at Chase responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive service strategy, leading cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions, designing seamless and inclusive experiences, collaborating with stakeholders, and integrating customer-centric decision-making.

Analyzing consumer, merchant, network, and industry data to drive Card Issuing cost strategy through data-driven insights. Collaborating on strategic initiatives, optimizing data environments, and supporting change management strategies within the firm.

Provide pricing analysis and strategic recommendations in support of business goals around volume and profitability. Use statistical tools to support the Finance Modeling team and align on pricing expectations. Build pricing tests, optimize scenarios, update frameworks, and provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting. Bachelor's Degree in relevant STEM field or relevant experience required. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in SQL, Alteryx, SAS, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint preferred. Master's/MBA, programming skills, and Auto Finance Industry experience are a plus.
