Lead local marketing and social media to launch The Hoxton Bengaluru City. Own PR, content, and social channels; build community and partnerships; drive restaurant and room bookings with tactical campaigns; manage local budgets and design briefs; collaborate with F&B, sales, revenue and central Ennismore teams to deliver on commercial targets and guest experience.

Support the Director of Sales to execute commercial strategy, drive revenue across corporate, leisure, MICE and agency segments, manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, align pricing with Revenue, and collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Digital, PR and Operations to deliver integrated campaigns and exceptional guest experiences.

Support the Customer Connect Connectivity team by inventorying, centralizing, and standardizing documentation. Create and update user-facing content (FAQs, how-to guides), attend Agile ceremonies, and help maintain partner information. Propose process improvements, structure dashboards and ticket tracking, and design a target documentation structure.
