Support global rollout of ACT by creating e-learning and communications, preparing and executing product launches and migrations, collecting user feedback, improving onboarding materials, and collaborating with Product, Business and Migration teams to drive adoption across hotels.

Support PME FP&A by ensuring data accuracy, preparing monthly reports and ad-hoc analyses, supporting regional teams, developing templates and guidelines, monitoring budgets/forecasts/business plans, and partnering with Hotel Finance, Development, and other finance teams.

Support content quality assurance and website go-live readiness for Movenpick and Swissotel; manage content updates for Grand Mercure via CMS; monitor website performance metrics; coordinate with global brand, marketing, and digital teams; assist with content publishing workflows, stakeholder reviews, and operational documentation.
