JDE Peet’s is looking for a committed Production Specialist or Machine Operator or Assembly worker in our factory in Ōtara, Auckland to work from 3.30pm to midnight, Monday to Friday. This is a permanent, full-time role. Key tasks include operating machinery, manufacturing and packaging tea and coffee products, setting up machines, pallet handling, quality control, maintenance, and more.

The Quality Engineer will focus on maintaining and improving the Quality Control Management System, ensuring food safety, supporting operations with quality-related issues, and leading continuous improvement initiatives in line with quality KPIs. The role involves implementing corrective actions, utilizing statistical process control, and participating in plant initiatives to assure quality compliance and effective risk assessment.

The Tax Assistant supports the Tax Lead with indirect tax compliance by preparing tax returns, coordinating with internal departments, managing tax risks, and monitoring tax legislation. They also contribute to process improvements and assist in liaising with authorities for audits and compliance inquiries.

The Production Engineer is responsible for improving productivity by identifying daily losses and reducing variability. They lead safety initiatives and engage with shift teams to build capability through training. The role includes collaborating on business improvements, utilizing tools for process analysis, and enhancing line performance by reducing waste and variability.

The Key Account Executive will assist the Key Account Manager in managing key-account customers nationally, achieve sales targets, and support KAM in customer business planning, promotion execution, business reviews, and administrative tasks.
