Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable AI and machine learning solutions for tax, audit, and advisory workflows. Responsibilities include solution architecture, Azure-based development, APIs and integrations, MLOps, CI/CD, containerization, model monitoring, data pipelines, prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, documentation, compliance, research, and stakeholder collaboration. The role also provides technical guidance, training, and support while developing proofs of concept and improving AI capabilities.

Lead tax technology automation initiatives: evaluate and implement tax software and automation tools, manage projects and testing, drive process change, liaise with DevOps/IT/vendors, and support data analysis and adoption across the tax practice.

Lead Aprio's paid media, search visibility, analytics, and CRO programs. Apply and champion AI across marketing workflows, manage paid search and budgets, build analytics and dashboards, run A/B tests, coordinate with email and website teams, and coach a small remote team to drive demand generation and revenue.

Develop and deploy full-stack automation solutions using React, Next.js, Python, SQL, Azure, REST APIs, and microservices. Analyze and improve business processes, apply Agile and Scrum practices, monitor solution performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders. The role also involves technical discussions, application and audit logging, unit testing, continuous improvement, and managing multiple automation projects.

Lead and grow Aprio's ePMO of ~20 BA and PM professionals, own portfolio governance and operating model, deliver complex cross-functional transformation programs, partner with IT and senior stakeholders, ensure disciplined execution, reporting, risk management, and develop PM/BA leadership.

Perform day-to-day bookkeeping for clients, import and reconcile bank, credit card, and crypto wallet transactions, analyze and code transactions, reconcile on-chain balances, process bills and receipts in fiat and crypto via third-party apps, post payroll and month-end adjusting entries, prepare financial reports, and maintain compliance with digital asset accounting standards.

Process new hires and time records, manage federal and state W-4s, I-9/E-Verify, E-Consent, and basic ACA reporting. Provide client support via email/chat, maintain payroll and onboarding records in UKG and related systems, and meet payroll turnaround requirements.
