The HR Talent Acquisition Manager will lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Aprio Philippines. This position is ideal for an experienced recruitment professional with a strategic mindset, a passion for talent development, and the ability to thrive in a highly specialized, global environment.
The successful candidate will partner closely with leaders across the business to attract and hire top talent, foster relationships with external partners, and enhance our employer brand both locally and internationally.
Position responsibilities:
- Strategic Recruitment – Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies aligned with Aprio's Fundamentals and business objectives to attract high-caliber candidates across Assurance, Advisory, Tax, Managed Services and Support functions.
- End-to-End Recruitment – Manage the full recruitment process from job description creation, job scoping and posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection to offer negotiations, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Team Leadership – Lead and mentor the TA team, providing guidance on best practices, delegation of tasks, metrics-driven recruitment strategies, and continuous improvement in hiring processes.
- Employer Branding – Collaborate with the Marketing/Growth team to strengthen Aprio’s employer brand in the Philippines, leveraging social media, job fairs, university partnerships, and other creative channels The Aprio Way.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong relationships with department heads and hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with team needs and ensure timely and effective hiring decisions.
- Data-Driven Insights – Track and analyze TA metrics to identify trends, make data-informed decisions, and optimize hiring strategies.
- Partnerships and Networking – Lead efforts to build relationships with local universities, industry organizations, and external partners to cultivate a strong talent pipeline.
- Compliance and Best Practices – Ensure recruitment processes adhere to company policies and Philippine labor laws, while maintaining best practices in diversity and inclusion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a multinational, accounting /professional services firm, or shared services environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles, particularly in professional services or accounting, information technology and finance-related fields.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to execute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for creating a positive candidate experience and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga (hybrid)
