Supports supply chain sourcing, procurement, and warehousing operations by resolving approval and employee setup issues, processing tickets, maintaining item and locator records, managing minimum and maximum inventory settings, creating and receiving purchase orders, configuring internal sources, and improving procurement and inventory catalogs.

Supports the U.S. tax team with recurring sales and use tax compliance processes. Responsibilities include compiling transaction data, preparing workpapers, entering and reviewing information in Vertex, maintaining filing trackers and documentation, performing reconciliations, tracking exemption certificates, and organizing materials for stakeholders, auditors, advisors, and tax authorities. Supports U.S. corporate tax compliance by collecting and organizing financial data, extracting information from Oracle, entering data into ONESOURCE, preparing tax return schedules and workpapers, performing reconciliations, maintaining filing trackers, and assisting with federal, state, and international returns. The role emphasizes process adherence, accuracy, recurring deadlines, documentation, and coordination with U.S.-based tax teams, auditors, and external advisors.

Develop and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, reports, integrations, and APEX solutions. Build OIC integrations using REST, SOAP, ERP, HCM, database, and FTP adapters; support Oracle Manufacturing, SCM, INV, GL, AP, and PA modules. Provide troubleshooting, performance optimization, upgrades, documentation, training, UAT, deployments, and technical coordination with third-party providers.
