• Performing the day-to-day processing of accounts payable invoicing, receiving, check and verify invoices, prepare batches of invoices for scanning, detailed review of the vendors invoices and ensure all support for the invoice is proper, complete and mathematically accurate.
• provide and make sure the records contain appropriate supporting documents.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Strong analytical skills
• Must have proficient PC skills, Microsoft Office application required with an emphasis on Excel
• Excellent interpersonal and professional skills
• Self-motivated
• Excellent organizational skills in order to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent English language skills
EDUCATION:
Degree in finance/accounting is mandatory
WORK EXPERIENCE:
• At least 3 years of related experience.
• Strong analytical skills
• Must have proficient PC skills, Microsoft Office application required with an emphasis on Excel
• Excellent interpersonal and professional skills
• Self-motivated
• Excellent organizational skills in order to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent English language skills
• Knowledge of Oracle accounting software preferred
• Knowledge of GCC taxation regimes preferred.
LANGUAGES:
English and Arabic.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS/CONTACTS:
Internal – works with all levels of employees and management
External – works with vendors and consultants.
