Lead and scale project controls for a midstream capital portfolio: oversee cost, schedule, forecasting, risk/change management, governance, portfolio reporting, systems, and team development. Partner with Finance and advise project managers and executives to improve execution, reporting, and capital allocation.

Provide engineering support to Midstream Operations, analyze operational problems, and coordinate with integrity management. Involve in project management and optimization of gas processing efficiencies.

Provide engineering support for midstream operations and commercial teams: analyze operational problems, perform hydraulic and process simulations, support integrity inspections and PHAs, develop project scopes/costs/schedules, manage third-party designs, assist in due diligence for acquisitions, and support incident response and stakeholder meetings.

Manage complex calendars, travel, meetings, events, communications, and office operations. Prepare documents, presentations, track invoices, resolve IT issues, and lead special projects. Mentor other administrative staff and represent the executive office with discretion and professionalism.

Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team supporting midstream assets; ensure technical compliance, safety, and regulatory adherence; oversee capital projects from FEL through commissioning; support operations, reliability, incident investigations, and continuous improvement.

Lead design, administration, and analytics of compensation programs including executive and incentive plans. Manage compensation strategy, benchmarking, salary planning, bonus administration, deferred compensation, compliance, and communications. Partner with Finance and HR leaders, supervise staff and vendors, and leverage systems to ensure equitable, competitive, and fiscally responsible pay practices.

Manage and mentor the IT Service Desk team to deliver hardware, software, networking, and telecom support across all locations. Develop support policies, escalate complex technical issues, coordinate deployments and infrastructure stability with sysadmins, track tickets and metrics, train staff, document procedures, recruit and manage dispersed technicians, and travel (~20%) to field offices for on-site assessments and training.

The role manages commercial activities for pipeline assets, ensuring compliance, driving optimization, and executing business development and market analysis strategies.
