Own statutory reporting, audit coordination, and local tax compliance for Malaysia entities. Prepare financial statements and disclosures, coordinate external audits, support tax filings and audits, liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities, reconcile accounting and tax schedules, resolve compliance issues, and improve controls, documentation, and audit readiness.

Develop and execute channel strategies to grow sales through partner networks. Experience in chemical analysis and life science laboratory businesses is required, along with frequent travel.

Leads smart manufacturing integration through discrete-event simulation, factory workflow and capacity optimization, machine connectivity, SCADA integration, industrial protocols, and Unified Namespace data architecture. Develops simulation models, equipment data standards, verification plans, and reusable engineering templates. Collaborates across manufacturing, controls, IT/OT, MES, cybersecurity, and quality teams while supporting FAT, SAT, commissioning, troubleshooting, ramp-up, and multi-site deployment.

Prepare and analyze Japanese and US GAAP financial statements, tax filings, tax payments, government reports, and audit responses. Coordinate tax audits, advise on accounting and tax matters, support global projects, coordinate shareholder meetings with legal, and manage documents. The role requires strong Japanese and business English fluency, accounting and tax expertise, ERP experience, digitalization skills, and occasional travel.

Develops opportunities, supports solution development, negotiates and closes deals, coordinates technical specialists, and oversees onboarding and implementation. Builds customer satisfaction, retention, revenue, and sales pipeline across product lines. This incentive-eligible role involves customer engagement for more than half of the work time and requires 75% travel.
