As a KOL Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with local influencers and communities to promote the company in the cryptocurrency market. Your duties include executing KOL marketing strategies, tracking performance, and staying updated on industry trends. The position requires a university graduate with in-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing and a passion for the cryptocurrency industry.

Identify and build relationships with local KOLs/influencers/communities to promote coincatch in the local market. Maintain good relationships with KOLs and marketing channels. Execute KOL marketing strategy and analyze results for optimal performance. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor movements.

Managing projects through all phases including requirements, scheduling, execution, monitoring, change management, and closure. Standardizing project management processes and driving process improvements. Identifying and resolving project risks and issues, providing recommendations, and improving organizational efficiency. Requires a bachelor's degree or higher and at least 5 years of experience in project management in a related industry. Strong project management skills, quick learning ability, self-driven, familiarity with software development processes and IT knowledge, strong teamwork and management skills, proactive work attitude, good communication and coordination skills, responsibility, stress tolerance, and ethical standards. PMP or CSM certification preferred.
