岗位职责
- 负责用户运营策略，根据用户成长路径和活动场景设计运营策略并执行推进
- 建立用户成长激励体系，有效激励活跃用户和核心用户，提升用户留存率
- 根据市场信息及行业动态，对业务线活动进行整体规划与执行，通过内容、活动运营掌握运营目标，按节点推进活动顺利进行，并监控活动效果
- 监控、分析用户运营数据，对活动推广及传播形式有独特见解，并协调各方资源推动活动，行程转化
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历
- 可用中英双语作为工作语言
- 有2年以上互联网运营工作经验、对运营体系、推广体系、用户体系有清晰的逻辑认识与理解，擅长数据化运营对用户增长有深刻理解，有能力提出创新的想法，并转变成可执行的目标与方案
- 对区块链有基本的了解，并有意愿深入学习和建设
- 具备较强责任心、敬业度、抗压能力和团队合作精神，能够自主完成项目管理和推进
