Conduct outbound and inbound prospecting to generate qualified enterprise sales opportunities across US and EMEA markets. Support live remote Supply Chain Analyst training by answering learner questions, facilitating breakout rooms, hosting office hours, grading assignments within seven days, creating video walkthroughs, and submitting weekly program feedback. Participate in onboarding and staff meetings, monitor Pumble channels, and assist the Lead Instructor when needed to ensure learners progress and program quality.

Manage day-to-day enterprise client relationships to ensure successful delivery of AI and data workforce programs. Track milestones, flag risks, coordinate cross-functional teams, support business reviews, document account activity, and identify renewal and expansion opportunities to grow the partnership.
