Leads the local property sales team, develops and executes sales strategies, drives bookings and revenue growth, manages pipelines and performance, and builds strategic client and partner relationships. The role oversees prospecting, forecasting, CRM hygiene, market intelligence, sales enablement, and cross-functional collaboration with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations. It also represents the sales team with property owners and leadership while participating in occasional regional industry events.

Drive group and corporate bookings by prospecting local and national clients, managing the full sales cycle, negotiating contracts, closing business, and maintaining a qualified pipeline. Develop local sales strategies, meet revenue and occupancy-related KPIs, conduct property tours, analyze competitors and market trends, build supplier relationships, and support trade shows and other sales initiatives.
