Lead design, implementation, and operation of enterprise infrastructure (network, compute, storage, cloud). Manage and mentor infrastructure team, drive automation, ensure 24x7 reliability, security/compliance, disaster recovery, capacity planning, and partner with product teams and MSPs to execute the infrastructure roadmap.

Hands-on technical role administering, configuring, and supporting PLM, ERP, and connected systems. Works with product and business teams to deliver reliable system performance, data integrity, integrations, workflows, and issue resolution. Provides application enablement, on-call support, and continuous improvement to meet service levels and security/data privacy standards.
