Manages repossession and recovery vendors by monitoring performance against SLAs, auditing accounts, reviewing and negotiating fees, resolving complaints and escalations, supporting vendor onboarding, and preparing monthly business reviews. Ensures compliance with FDCPA requirements, repossession laws, company policies, and contracted expectations while coordinating with internal and external partners.

Manages the workers’ compensation program from injury reporting through claim closure, including claims strategy, regulatory compliance, return-to-work initiatives, cost containment, TPA oversight, reporting, and employee support. Partners with HR, Safety, Legal, insurers, healthcare providers, and leadership to manage complex claims, improve workplace safety, maintain accurate records, and reduce claim frequency and severity.

Maintain product and process expertise, support compliance, assist with onboarding new advisors, collaborate with teammates, and progress through certification levels toward increased sales, operations, inventory, and leadership responsibilities.

Manages the end-to-end debt sale lifecycle, including setup, marketing, due diligence, bidding, closing, and post-sale reconciliation. Coordinates consultants, buyers, and internal teams across Treasury, Accounting, Analytics, IT, Legal, Compliance, and Product. Ensures data accuracy, documentation, regulatory compliance, transaction execution, and process improvement while leading team development and succession planning.

Advises leaders and managers on employee relations, company policies, performance management, employee concerns, and internal reviews. Manages the Speak Up line, responds to Talent Support calls and email tickets, coordinates with Leave, Legal, and Benefits partners, and prioritizes HR projects. Requires at least two years of employee relations experience, a bachelor’s degree, intermediate Microsoft Office skills, and preferably Workday experience.
